Why there are no (master degrees and PH degrees) in our university for English Literature & Linguistics???? mmmm

I dont think that the Bac degree is enough to major the literature of a foriegn language.... I wish I can pursue my study and get the Ph degree in either Linguistics or Literature, but ***Unfortunately**
I can't afford the expenses of studying abroad.... I wish I'd be able to get the opportunity to do so...mmmm

And I want to know if there are any scholarships for A students to study abroad....??????????!!!!mmmm

Actually we need to have these degrees for all specialties in our university.

What is only available now is the Master degree in Administration.

We wish that we will have it soon for all collages.

About the scholarship, you can get it easily if your work in the university after your graduation.
